Table tennis demands fast reactions, explosive footwork, rotational strokes and high forearm–shoulder endurance

Key physical needs:

  1. Reaction speed + visual processing
  2. Fast lateral footwork + acceleration
  3. Rotational core strength for power in forehand/backhand strokes
  4. Shoulder + forearm endurance for repeated rallies
  5. Balance + posture control for low athletic stance

Common gap areas → core rotation control, ankle stability, shoulder stamina

Common injury risks → elbow pain, shoulder fatigue, lower back tightness, knee stress
