Key physical needs:

  1. Rotational core strength for consistent swing power
  2. Thoracic + hip mobility for smooth backswing & follow-through
  3. Glute strength for posture and balance during the swing
  4. Forearm + wrist endurance for club control
  5. Lower-back resilience for repeated rotational load
