Badminton demands explosive jumps, quick multi-direction movement, balance and shoulder endurance

Key physical needs:

  1. Lower-body power for take-off & landing
  2. Core + hip stability for balance during strokes
  3. Ankle + knee control for lunges in all directions
  4. Shoulder + forearm endurance for repeated smashes
  5. Speed + agility + reaction time
